Biochemical Unknown Lab

So this week in my IRL Microbiology class, we have to turn in our Biochemical unknown lab reports And lets just say that it seems straight forward through the graph, but when I went to actually perform the procedures it felt confusing. Some tips to help you through:

1. READ the directions, the flow chart, anything and everything. And then re-read. Double check yourself, but don't second guess your work.

2. Take notes. Seriously, I thought I could remember and keep everything straight. Fail.

3. Use sterile technique (flame the loop, sort of thing) and keep your hands (also your sneezes if like me you are getting over Strep)

4. Blame the Bacteria. This one is only okay if you have followed the previous steps.
Those are some good guiding principles. Now have fun with it!
